• A booking is not final until we receive a deposit of 25% of the letting charge
• The full letting charge must be paid at least 1 month before arrival
• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is prohibited (there is a covered terrace)
• Deposit of 500 euros (will be refunded within 14 days after your stay)

The letting price includes:

• Bed linen + making the beds on arrival
• Kitchen linen
• Wifi during stay
• Final cleaning

Other costs to be paid at the site:

• Electricity: 0,50Euro/kWh
• Water: 9,3 Euro/m³
• Heating oil: 6,5 Euro/hour
• Garbage bag: 1,50 Euro/piece
